General Administration

-Upon request providing the Trustees with assistance per the rules and regulations governing the Body Corporate , as well as the CSOS (Community Scheme Ombud Service Act).

-Drafting of letters of compliance to members of the Body Corporate as per the governance documents.

-Assisting the Body Corporate, if necessary, with any correspondence required to be sent to CSOS, such as domicilium citandi et executandi changes and Conduct Rule amendments.

-Owners/residents may contact our office to resolve any queries they have relating to Body Corporate matters.
