General Administration
– Sending out bulk SMSes and emails to all owners as and when required or requested.
– Maintaining a detailed register of all owners within the Body Corporate.
– Liaising with owners, when required to do so, regarding queries, suggestions and complaints, and whenever possible responding to all communications within 24 hours of receipt.
– Distribution of notices, AGM packs and newsletters to all owners.
– Storing of documents for the Body Corporate.
– Upon request providing the Trustees with assistance per the rules and regulations governing the Body Corporate, as well as the CSOS (Community Scheme Ombud Service Act).
– Drafting of letters of compliance to members of the Body Corporate as per the governance documents.
– Assisting the Body Corporate, if necessary, with any correspondence required to be sent to CSOS, such as domicilium citandi et executandi changes and Conduct Rule amendments.
– Owners/residents may contact our office to resolve any queries they have relating to Body Corporate matters.
