Compliance
– Storing of minute books, resolutions, Rules of Conduct plus any amendments, and any documents required by the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act or the Community Schemes Ombud Services Act.
– Billing, collection and payment of levies due to the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS).
– Submission of the necessary governance documents to CSOS, such as annual returns, minutes of annual general meetings and rule amendments.
– Eagle Blue will attend the offices of CSOS at the request of the Trustees.
– Assisting owners and Trustees with the submission of an application to CSOS, when required to do so.
– Effecting bank transfer of monies to reserve accounts upon instructions from the Trustees.
– Arranging the annual inspection and servicing of fire equipment and ensuring that the relevant compliance certificate is obtained in this regard.
– Ensuring the Body Corporate is compliant with any other relevant legislation including but not limited to the Protection of Personal Information Act or the Promotion of Access to Information Act.
